Our Policy
- Returns accepted within 30 days of delivery.
- Items must be unused and in their original condition.
- Return shipping costs are at the buyer's expense.
- Once we receive and inspect your return, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method.
How to Return
- Contact us via the Contact page with your order number and reason for return.
- We'll confirm your return and provide our return address.
- Pack your item securely and send it via a tracked service.
- Once received, your refund will be processed within 5 business days.
Non-Returnable Items
Custom or personalised orders cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or faulty.
Damaged or Faulty Items
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days with photos and we'll make it right.
